Tomatin 12 is quite a light but pleasingly fruity spirit, aged for 11-12 years in ex-Bourbon casks, and finished for the last 6 to 9 months in ex-Oloroso casks. We reckon that its a super dram for just about palate and since it has won gold medals at the San Francisco for the past five years we know its not just us that thinks that.
