Mc Benrinnes 13 Years Beaune 1er Cru Cask Finish is a limited edition of 636 bottles. A unique selection that was bottled at a solid alcohol level and, of course, bottled as naturally as possible. The nice thing about bottles is that really all the information that exists is actually released. A breath of fresh air and also a wonderfully pure whisky that gained tremendous complexity through the finish around the Burgundy cask. Benrinnes used a unique triple distillation process.

The process consists of; a "wash still", a "low wine still" and a "spirit still". The wash still is fed with the wash. The low wine still is done with the trailing distillate from the "wash still", the trailing distillate from the low wine still itself and the somewhat weak part of the trailing distillate from the spirit still. The spirit still is done with the lead and heart of the wash still and the low wine still, and with the lead and the strong part of the trailing edge of the spirit still itself.
