The Balvenie 21 year old Single Barrel is an exclusive single malt whisky that has matured for 21 years in just one barrel. Distilled in 1999 and then placed on an American oak barrel. After more than 20 years the choice was made to bottle and release this whisky. Balvenie 21 years is complex and rich in flavour with classic, lively hints of honey and fruit. Nose: honey, sweet fruit and subtle hints of spices blend seamlessly into the scent. Taste: Rich, complex fruit flavours, notes of vanilla, light hints of spices and a hint of oak. Finish: Long, complex and has a sweet touch.
